Spring election is Tuesday

Both the school and village boards have three seats up for election in Tuesday’s spring election for local offices.

Polls are open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.Those who live in Brown County Wards 1-3 and 6; Shawano County Wards 4 and 7 and Oconto County Ward 5 will vote at the village of Pulaski Municipal Building, 585 E. Glenbrook Drive.

The Pulaski Community School District has three spots to fill on its board. The seats up
for re-election include:
• Zone 2, which represents the townships of Chase, Little Suamico and Morgan
• Zone 5, which represents Pittsfield and the village of Suamico
• An At-Large seat, which represents the entire school district
Running for Zone 5 is Sara Mangold, who currently occupies this seat, and Dawn Clark is running for the Member at Large seat.

The current occupant of the at-Large seat is Brian Vanden Heuvel, who has chosen not to run for re-election. Also electing not to run for re-election
is Mark Wernicke, the current occupant of the Zone 2 seat.

Two candidates are running for the Zone 2 seat: Jeromy J. Delebreau and Michael C. Flannigon.
 
Three two-year trustee seats are up for election on the village board. Five candidates are running for these positions.
Ballot formation is as follows: Doug Prentice, Richard E. Styczynski, Gordi Black, Bruce Brzeczkowski and Jim Resick.
Currently in office are Bruce Brzeczkowski, Doug Prentice and Robert Van Lannen.
